摘要

Heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of refrigerant R410A condensation during vapor flow upward in a smooth tube with an inter diameter of 8.32mm and a micro-fin tube with an fin tip diameter of 8.46mm were experimentally investigated. The test section is a 0.5m long double tube with refrigerant flowing in the inner tube and cooling water flowing in the annulus at the same direction. The test runs were performed at saturation temperatures 40°and 48° with mass fluxes between 80 and 345kg/m2s. Four different cooling water flow conditions of the test section were set up to compare the heat transfer enhancement effect and pressure drop penalty factors of the smooth tube and micro-fin tube, also in this way four different heat fluxes were obtained. The total pressure drop across the test section was directly measured by a differential pressure transducer. Some well-known heat transfer coefficient correlations were compared with the experimental data obtained from various experimental conditions. Based on the experimental data, correlations for condensation heat transfer coefficients and the frictional pressure drops of the micro-fin tube were proposed.
