要約

Thermal radiation between two or more objects is governed by Planck's law and Stefan-Boltzmann law. At microscale, when geometric dimension is comparable to characteristic wavelength of thermal radiation, wave interference and photon tunneling should be considered. The radiative phenomena at microscale is known as microscale radiation or nearfield radiation. Metal foams is a kind of material with spatial and surface microstructure. It is also involving spectral selective absorption and multiple scattering. The reports of microscale radiation on metal foams are very few. The current work applied FDTD (Finite Difference Time Domain) method to investigate spherical hollow aluminum element cell scattering and absorption characteristics caused by different porosity. The results showed that absorption behavior of aluminum element cell presented to be weak, but scattering behavior showed to be quite strong in wavelength range of 1~15µm. Moreover, the scattering characteristic depended on the interaction of energy fluent and ribs.
