要約

Ultra-dispersed diamond (UDD) nanoparticles were prepared and discharged in deionized water in various concentrations to better understand their thermo-physical properties, including effective thermal conductivity and viscosity. The thermal conductivity was measured at various temperatures using a hot wire transient thermal conductivity meter. Results suggest that there is an optimum point at which maximum thermal enhancement is obtained with few negative effects from increased viscosity.
