要約

The paper presents experimental results on separation efficiency, pressure drop and distribution of flow parameters over the cross-section at uniform and non-uniform irrigation of "Mellapak 350.Y" structured packing in a distillation column with the diameter of 0.9 m using the mixture of Freon R114 and R21. Experimental data on dynamic characteristics of formation of large-scale temperature maldistribution over the packing cross-section, when column operation becomes steady, were obtained. The dynamics of changes in the structure of large-scale temperature maldistribution over the packing cross-section was studied at various disturbing effects on the parameters of jet irrigation. Experimental data on the effect of microtexture, perforation, angle of rib inclination on liquid spreading over the surface of the single elements of the structured packing were analyzed. The results obtained are the methodological and comparative base for future research aimed at finding the new methods of mass transfer intensification at mixture separation, based on dynamically controlled irrigation of the regular packing.
