Resumo

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) utilizing SnO2 semiconductor nanoparticles generated a burst in renewable energy research because SnO2 nanoparticles allow for high electron transport improving the efficiency of PSCs drastically. Although there has been extensive research on the synthesis of SnO2 semiconductor nanoparticles along with its effects on Perovskite solar cells, a low-temperature synthesis of SnO2 nanoparticles and its effect on PSCs efficiency received an inadequate amount of research attention. The purpose of this research is to develop the best low-temperature synthesis methodology for producing SnO2 semiconductor nanoparticles with optimal structural characteristics for the use in PSCs. SnO2 nanoparticles are synthesized varying the concentration of the reagents including SnCl2. The obtained particles are characterized by XRD and TEM.
